This article provides basic compatibility information for Orchard Gold Star and Mac OS X Leopard (10.5). It is accurate as of the 4.4 release of Orchard Gold Star and applies to all patches to 4.4 as well.
Workstation Compatibility
Orchard Gold Star versions 4.3 and newer are compatible with Mac OS X Leopard workstations. All OS X native Skill Trees, assessment, the management system, and the District Application may be run on Leopard workstations.
Server Compatibility
- Orchard Gold Star versions 4.4 and newer may be installed to a Mac OS X Leopard server.
- Prior versions of Orchard Gold Star are incompatible with Mac OS X Leopard server.
Installer Compatibility
- Installation of Orchard Gold Star versions 4.4 and newer from a Leopard workstation or server is supported.
- Installation of Orchard Gold Star versions 4.3 and older from a Leopard workstation or server is not supported.
